Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale Raleigh

Great location near lots of stores, the rooms however did not meet the standards of Hilton brand and Hampton Inns or mine for that matter. The room had a musty closed in hot smell, and the cleanliness was not the best. There was hair all over the bathroom, and the toilet inside was nasty under the rim when taking a bath after I had to thoroughly clean the tub myself. In addition, the bedding did not appear clean and had spots and marks all on it. By this time, I was super frustrated, so my Hubby had to go to the front desk to get clean linen so we could change the sheets. The floor in our room creaked so bad when walking on it as if the sub floor was going to fall in. I booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my elderly parents who afvised us they killed a bug in their room shortly after we checked in, they likewise mentioned the smell in their room, but their floor did not creak. Breakfast is basic as expected but is a decent added value if you eat any of the various available options. My Uncle recommended this hotel because of the proximity to his home and because other family stayed here previously, but I will likely choose a different option next time due to the cleanliness issues although it is super close to my Uncles home and the area is amazing if you want easy access to shopping

Absolutely hands down a wonderful stay! I can not offer enough accolades to the staff from the front desk to the cleaning and the kitchen each deserves Kudos. My husband and I were attending his HS reunion and the Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale, NC was where a number of attendees stayed. The Front Desk staff helped us with our late check in needs over the telephone and were so accommodating, the cleaning staff always had a pleasant word or smile. The Kitchen staff were helpful and amiable as well as maintaining organization during the continental breakfast hours. The room and bathroom were immaculate very clean and fresh. The décor was modern and upbeat. The continental breakfast was great and everything was clean and well stocked. The location of the hotel was ideal and central to shopping and eateries both sit down and fast food. I highly recommend and would definitely book another stay without question.

This is a jewel in Knightdale NC. Very inviting and pleasant staff. We felt very comfortable and the facility was extremely welcoming, friendly and clean. After a horrific stay at the Hilton Garden in Fredericksburg Va, I was about to strongly consider Marriott for my business travel, however after staying here I realize that there are some excellent Hilton facilities out there. When in area, you won’t regret staying here!

Could not figure out website to get a better deal. Person at desk would not help me. Paid full price. Asked person at desk were stairs were he said elevator was in front of me. Tried to ask him which direction I should go to stairs in response to were my room was. Did not want to take stairs to left is room was in right side. He cut me off and said take elevator. Asked him if there were USB plugs in room, he said yes. USB did not work for my phone. He could of said that , instead I wasted time , had to charge in car. Room was right above lounge were a party was going on. Could not sleep with the party noise. Woken up early by breakfast noise. Same room below me. Complained to manager in morning. Said that they do not know when guests have parties. Guest were ahead of me, I heard them say they were having a party, and they walked in carrying champagne, alcohol and food as I was checking in. Told I should of asked for a quiet room. Was not offered quiet room, did not know they had them . Did not know I would be put above party and breakfast area. Terrible expert, treated like I was a street bum looking for free room. Very racist, treated the people of his color with respect.
